Oh...I forgot to tell you mine. It is Camel, sit, Biellmann (still working on getting it to look nicer), back sit and headless back scratch or back crossfoot (though I can't really do a good back crossfoot).

LOL. Back Layback! Just the thought is terrifying! Thea. DO you have any tips on stretching for the Biellmann., Right now its only something I can do if I stretch a lot and if I'm feeling crazy (which, surprisingly is not that often). How many fingers do you grab your blade wiht? I use two but I prolly should use more because it hurts to have that much weight on only two fingers! Does anyone have a picture of a back layback?

My favorite combo to do is layback/backsit. I think to watch would be any of Sasha's ending combos.

I love doing camel spin and then jump into a back devine sit... the back devine sit is like a back sit but you turn to the left and cross your arms to the left and to the back and keep your free leg straight below the knee, hard to explain but it is so much fun and picks up sooo mcuh speed! Also a camel into this low camel ( i don't know how to describe it lol) and then into a back illusion. oooh and camel/sit/back camel/back sit/ y-spin.... and layback/camel/back twister. lol spins are my favoriteeeeee!!

My biellmann was best when I was obsessed with gymnastics! LOL Lets see. Do bridges. YOu know what those are? They really stretch the back... which is whats prolly most important for a biellmann! Flexible backs really makes them pretty so doing bridges and back walkovers will help A LOT!!!!!!! I grab mine with two fingers too!!!! hehe my pointer finger and middle finger. Sometimes I try to do my whole hand which helps but puts a lot of pain in my shoulder for some reason. i always get indents in my fingers! LOL Back laybacks are soooooooo hard! I have a decent layback but back ones are sooo different. You just have to practice and get a lot of balance. Its scary! kinda when you first started doign regualr laybacks. sorry i didn't see your question for some reason till now! Hope I helped!

Bridge- http://www.kidspartyfun.com/images/gymnastics.jpg
walk your hands to your feet so your back keeps getting more arched. It stretches it so that it is easier to do a biellemann. Heres a Gymnastics picture of like a biellemann........

You can see its the same type of back position! I can't do the splits at all but it doesn't affect my biellmann! So I guess its my flexible back that make it not bad! You also just have to practice them a lot! I usually do them the last 5-10 minutes of a session while you are warmed up. The first two tend to be bad because your not stretced. Go to the boards and arch your back OVER the boards to stretch them out. And then continue! hehe Tell me if Im confusing!

Back laybacks weren't hard for me, I'm more flexible that way anyway and I spin better counter clockwise. It was the smae thing with my beilman, I could only do it standing/spinning on my right leg. I don't do those anymore because it started tearing my shoulder. I do all the difficult spins on the opposit leg as everyone else, like my Y spin is on left foot in a forward spin, and same for Sasha's I spin. Although I loose balance when I try and do that. Haha, I just topple over.

Mines is definitley really simple for all of you more experienced skaters . I like to do a sit/back sit/back scratch or just a plain sit/scratch combo. I'm still working on doing a camel/sit/back sit/ back scratch spin combo. I'm a terrible spinner They're all incredibly centered though, it's just that I can't hold the position long.

That is great that you have good center though skatergurl. Part of the reason I don't have my biellmann in better condition is that my center is very inconsistent. Thanks so much Thea for the tips! I do bridges and am working on a back walkover ( I took a tumbling class for like 6 weeks and was able to get my back handspring.) I also have to stretch out my shoulders a lot. They are not very flexible at all. Plus I broke my right elbow in January (and since I spin CCW that is the one I grab it with.) I know what you mean about trying to grab it with your whole hand and having your shoulder tear. Thanks so much for all your feedback guys!
