I think people need to back off truly...I've read many comments about the Judging system..through out the year on this site...it's making me a bit ill to be honest..

People tend to forget who they Judges are and why the skaters compete...

People tend to be poor sports to a point pending on the circumstance when they complain about the judging. Yes I do agree at times it's obvious when Blocked Judging Occurs, but take a look at the sporting and other competitive events in the past decade. Especially with in the past year.

We all want to win. The fact is, we are not the Judges. And if we or the competitors aren't happy with the Judges opinion, then don't compete. They are competiting for a title which is reviewed in the judges head and judges placements. So they are going to get the judges decision. The Judges aren't asked to go around to every fan, every coach, every critic and ask for their opinion. They are their to Judge whats right in their eyes and head.

People should leave it alone. Become a Judge if you have a problem.

Its not as simple as that - there's a lot involved in becoming a judge, and part of it is simply political... who you know, whose back you scratch, etc is part of the process... anyone with some skating background (as a skater at some level) can become a judge, but to get to the national level there's more at stake than just being a good judge at the lower levels.
