Bourne and Kraatz have pulled out of Skate America

I just read that Bourne and Kraatz pulled out of Skate America because Shae has tendonitis, though they hope to be back for Skate Canada. I have to say it hasn't been off to a great start to the season with Tim out for the GP events, and now B&K are out as well. :( :(
