He's my favorite eligible mens skater. I also really like Elvis, but now he's gone pro.

I thought I read somewhere that it was the USA team against the World team?? Is that correct or is it ladies competing against ladies and men competing against men???

I honestly don't know what the format is! lol Although now that I think about it, at the RPG skating game I'm in, we just had that competition, and it was USA vs. the World, so I'm sure that's what it is!

It's most definately singles. No USA vs. World. Here's last paragraph of the article.

The competition, sanctioned by the USFSA, ISU and hosted locally by the Central Florida Sports Commission, will feature the top stars from the U.S., Russia, Japan and Canada. In an early season showdown, the top Olympic-eligible athletes will compete in a men's and ladies singles competition. The athletes will each perform one free skate in front of an international panel of five judges. The skaters will compete for top honors in both men's and ladies. The event will be nationally broadcast by ABC Sports on Oct. 6 from 2:00-4:00 p.m. EDT.
