Very good story! I am glad all the skaters aren't going on saying how great it is just to get the marks - of course I dont think Yagudin or S&P will be competing anymore (or is Yags still competing in GP?).

Yags is not *pro* but from what I understand he has to sit this year out due to commitments with SOI

Yea, I don't think he is pro yet but I heard that he is going to sit out this year and make 2004 his last season.

Yes, he's doing SOI this season, but he will be in the Grand Prix. He's doing Skate America and Skate Canada. Canada works out for TT b/c she can kill two birds with one stone there of course.

Knee-jerk means instinctive, without thought.....a reflex reaction...what it meant was Yagudin think that people should just throw out a change like this just because....they should think it through and determine what changes, if any, will work, not just put a change in place because something needed to be done. I hope that makes sense!
