I think Todd has turned pro. He's with Stars on Ice. However, I wish him the best of luck always. :D

Alyssa I am not too sure
I heard that he might compete at 2004 nationals
but I am not 100% sure so do not take my word on it
it would be awesome to see him again though :)

The USFSA said before 2003 Nationals they basically would not allow him to compete eligibly again.

You can never be too old. Eventually it will get too hard on your body to keep skating, but USFSA can't say that you can't compete past a certain age or anything.

Poor Todd. Why won't they let him compete eligibly ever again???

No chance. Goebel, who placed third, landed 3 quads. While Todd has better presentation and spins, that is not good enough to beat 3 quads in the eyes of the judges.
