This is just one of the many things he's working on
So what else? Acting? Modeling?

I found this and thought it was adorable:

The judges were OBNOXIOUS though.

Ugh, no offense or anything, I agree with the judges, Emanuel's attidtue is pre-madonna-ish. His ego is like, HUGE. Bam.
But I must admit to this, he IS a really good dancer!

And he knows he can dance. He should go for that. (Much better than being a figure skater.)

Yes I agree that his EGO is huge. Though it will be interesting to see him for the rest of the competition...He can be entertaining.
Shavit, I was wondering what you meant when you stated that dancing is better than figure skating? : ) :sasha::angel:

Wow that was pretty awesome, and I never really liked him much...that triple axel OWNED you can't deny that LOL. I loved his off-ice take-off on the 3A...was nice and fluid and graceful.

EDIT: I think he also said he wanted to be a singer...this guy is multi-talented lol.

ok i watched some of it. he's an amazing dancer! it was so cool the way he did a TRIPLE AXEL in his dance routine! that could be a new dance move :) and he's very flexible! those split jumps were amazing also...

but i wasn't watching the video with sound but i did read something on his website and he was saying how he's known as one of the best canadian male figure skaters. and i thought he was being a little... proud... that's my opinion though

I don't think so...LOL, which is funny because usually I'd be all over that. All he says is that he *knows* he can dance, which is true. And I'm glad he said it instead of being falsely modest like a lot of people are :-)

Agreed on the 3a...haha but he should stick to skating and dancing where he has a lot of talent. Boy can't sing at all LOL.

I meant he will be more successful being a dancer than being a skater. When he was competing as a skater he wasn't consistent. In my opinion there are two reasons for this. One is his mental problem, and the other is his technical one. One of the commentators said it's pitty seeing him not consistent, for he was not following the basics at taking off some of his jumps. You don't see it when he dances on the floor, but on the ice if you don't follow the technique in the right way it just doesn't work. So he was stuck in skating.

Here is a video (a little bit long though) you can get to know more about him. http://www.fileflyer.com/view/QU694AP

Nevertheless I do appreciate very much his contribution of bringing in the dance element to men's skating. Nobody else has done it.

He looks very good when he is dancing with a flow. He couldn't do it on the ice because he had to fall once in a while - that broke the flow. I hope he will be able to find a peace of mind probably in dancing and will be content with himself.

His mother was an Italian opera singer I think. ;)

E-man has always been one of my favorite artists on ice, I loved his skating style....too bad the consistency in his jumps escaped him.

His dance audition was good...I hate that female judge though, ANNOYING!!

Every Monday us at the rink we're talking about him :P He has a HUGE ego. Even his coach agrees. He had a great audition though, and I agree with Mary, that ... girly thing ... was not needed.

HAHAHAHAHAHA I didn't know he auditioned!!

I really can't stand this guy. I just HATE egos like his. I just know too many people who think they're better than everyone and it's just a huge turn off. Known for being an innovator? HAHA You're known for being a choke artist and for throwing little tantrums when you screw up. Sure he can dance, but he's not as good as he thinks he is. That routine was just weird.
