It doesnt say anything about the 2003-2004 season or later. They will be touring with SOI:

This season really isn't going to be as interesting in pairs without either B&S or I&Z. :(

Ok, if they tour with SOI doesn't that mean that they are going pro?? I thought that only pro skaters skate with SOI and if they are pro than they can't go back right????? Please someone tell me if I'm right/wrong!!!

Please someone tell me if I'm right/wrong!!! No, the whole "pro/amateur" thing is really stupid. You are an amatuer, and can do anything you want, as long as you don't participate in one of the dreaded non ISU sanctioned competitions. If you do, ZAPPO you are a pro!

i read on there offical site that it is up to the usfsa to decide if they can go back to competing in ametur compitions for the 2003-2004 season so it probally hasnt been decided yet
~ one good thing (for me at least) about them joining soi is that it comes very close to my town (much closer then coi) so i will get to see them skate LIVE when i go again in april next year :D
